    Lovely watch and amazing service

    I ordered this on behalf of my son's girlfriend. It arrived within 4 days and looked lovely, but unfortunately it was faulty and had to be returned. Alva in customer service was incredibly helpful. A replacement was dispatched immediately (even before I had the chance to return the original) along with a gift from Waldorf for the inconvenience, of a matching bracelet. That kind of service is all too rare these days, and it was very much appreciated. I have now bought 3 watches and some bangles over the last couple of yers and am extremely impressed. Highly recommended. (age range and gender below refers to gift recipient)
